The Hudson Valley Harley Riders is a rapidly growing family oriented, non-political, not for profit social organization established and organized with the purpose and mission of riding our Harley-Davidson's and having fun. We also promote responsible motorcycling and related activities for its members and their families. We conduct a variety of open and closed Chapter events in and around Rockland County, NY and the surrounding Hudson Valley NY area.

The club is named for its location along the beautiful and scenic lower Hudson River Valley at the foothills of the Catskill and Bear Mountain ranges. The club was established in October 1999 and currently has over 100 members. We are known for our great rides, fun activities and friendly members.

The club has been active within the community by raising money for many charities, such as Hospice, Ride for Kids (Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation), MDA, Flight 93, Sarah Martin, Matt Lupo, Lauren Leeber, March of Dimes for Pre-Mature Babies, People to People, Toys for Tots, and the Jim Smith Memorial, as well as many other charities.

Our social activities include a weekly formal ride every Sunday, a yearly "Beginning of the Season Barbecue" , weekly Friday evening dinner rides, a good will ride in the Nyack Halloween Parade, as well as the Nyack Memorial Day Parade. We also have a winter rider program, and attend a variety of local and national rallies.
